This was the scene from Glendale Blvd near the bridge that goes over the L.A. River looking south-west toward the hills above Griffith Park the night of the Griffith Park Fire several years ago now. I was up all night because I feared the fire would race across Silverlake and devour me at home (seems silly now but not then...).
I had gotten my Fuji profession camera months earlier and took it with me and this photo (There is a whole series of over 125 shots) I took on that occasion.
