Event Description

Please stop by this weekend to sign the petition and help me qualify for the March 5, 2013 ballot! We begin this Saturday at Masa of Echo Park -- 1800 W. Sunset Blvd. 90026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  On Sunday, my campaign will be at theGlassell Park Community Garden -- 3304 Drew St. Los Angeles, CA 90065 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We will also be going door-to-door each day in Echo Park, Glassell Park, and again in Atwater Village.  If you would like to volunteer for this, please let us know! Helping to get the 13th City Council District back on track, and the city of Los Angeles fiscally solvent and stable again will take experienced leadership. That is what I offer in this campaign. Making a real difference in the lives of everyday people on the street where they live is not easy, but people who know my work over the last ten years realize that is exactly what I have always done.  
 
My message of independence from the special interests is resonating across the District. The nature and origins of my donations reflect that, and I continue to lead the way in donations from within the District.
